On April 4 the victim girl was allegedly raped by Brajo and his friends at his home during a birthday party. She returned home while bleeding excessively and died without treatment next morning allegedly under threat. Her body forcibly taken away by some influential persons who cremated it at an unauthorized crematorium in the village apparently to destroy evidence of crime.
