Kalyani, Oct. 12: BJP’s state women’s wing president Locket Chatterjee today said that resignation of expelled Trinamul Congress leader Mukul Roul would soon lead to a massive erosion in the support base of Trinamul Congress across the state. The actor turned BJP leader, however, avoided to make any categorical reply about possible joining of Mukul Roy to the BJP. She said: “This is not clear who would join BJP. But, in the coming months there would be many Trinamul leaders who would join the party”.Speaking about Mukul Roy, she said: “If Mukul Roy is shows eagerness to join BJP, it is the party’s top leadership would decide on the matter”. “He is a very important leader and an experienced organizers.
