Models with creative designs and paintings, handcrafted art facts were displayed at the venue. “The objective of the fair is to explore and inspire the latent talents of the students” said Principal of the institution Premanjana Das. The fair also fascinated the parent largely. “It is a great endeavour by the Iskcon authority which would definitely encourage students to explore newer avenues in science and arts”, said Manik Mondal, father of a class 9 student from Sondanga
The Bhakti Vedanta National School was started imparting quality education to the children in English medium about two decades ago in Bamunpukur area where people don’t have adequate resources to educate their children in elite schools. In a remote place like Mayapur , within a radius of 10km, BVNS, which follows CBSE curriculum, is the only English medium school.
